Our Vision
The Jesse Family Foundation keeps the spirit and vision of Dr. Robert “Bob” Jesse alive through strategically selected micro-grants that fund forward-thinking projects at the intersection of science, technology, healthcare, and veterans’ wellbeing.
These projects push the boundaries of what is considered possible in healthcare and have a demonstrable and measurable positive impact on the lives of veterans, their families, and the communities they live in.

Dynamic.
Bob Jesse had an unending well of energy. We strive to maintain that by consistently challenging ourselves to evolve into something bigger and better. Bob believed the greatest challenges and biggest problems are often solved by outside-the-box thinking, so we look to fund creative, and sometimes unorthodox projects.
Daring.
Bob Jesse never feared taking a risk. We strive to embrace that by betting on the underdog and never shying from a challenge. We think big and aim high, and we seek partnerships that do the same.
Collaborative.
Bob Jesse never met a stranger and could work with anyone. We strive to reflect his love of cooperation by engaging and partnering with other organizations in the healthcare and technology space.
Human.
Bob Jesse never lost sight of the ultimate goal of helping his fellow man. We strive to capture his passion for his patients by ensuring our projects have a personal impact while benefiting the community at large.
The Jesse Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in loving memory of Dr. Robert “Bob” Jesse. We are guided by an Advisory Council who helps oversee our operations and serves as a grant review committee. The Council is made up of business leaders, former colleagues and long standing friends of Bob Jesse and is reassessed annually.
